Congratulations to our two new Chief Residents for the coming academic year, Drs. John-Henry Harrison and Alan Schurle!
The process for electing the Chief Residents starts with the identification of resident nominated candidates. A small group of the most frequently resident-selected nominees then goes to the faculty for consideration. Both Drs. Harrison and Schurle were selected by their peers and the faculty as outstanding candidates to hold this important position.
We are excited to announce that they have both agreed to take on this responsibility, and I know that they will represent the DACC well. Please join me in congratulating them when you see them in the hall, and a special thanks to Drs. Foley and Perkins for their hard work this year as our current Chief Residents.
