The University of Chicago Medical Center has once again partnered with the American Heart Association in their lifesaving mission of building healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. To that end, we are participating in the AHA’s signature fund-raising event, the Heart Walk. In addition to raising vital funds for heart disease and stroke research and education, the Heart Walk engages companies to promote healthy lifestyles for children and adults. UCMC shows their commitment to the health of their employees and community with a fundraising goal of $100,000.
