Primary care physician referral to the Pain Medicine Clinic is required to assure that pertinent medical records and diagnostic tests are received to guide our care.
On the first visit, a comprehensive patient assessment is conducted. We recommend that the patient arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
